and in its original frame, the property of a private estate in Blue
Hill, Maine from which
came three of the finest lots in this sale, including
this one, is unusual in that it is of a
neighborhood canal with surprising touches, such as the puppy swimming toward
his master's
outstretched arm as neighbors look on. Rico's image shows that the
magic
of Venice extends far beyond and away from the Ducal Palace,
San Marco, and the
Grand Canal.
